i want to meet you
a free open-ended conversation with a stranger wherever you’d like. online or at a public place. no pressure. no expectations.
feel free to message, email, call, or video call me whenever or however you’d like! i’m excited to meet safely face-to-face and i’ll let you choose the public location. tell me if you have any questions or would like to just chat and exchange basic info.
no particular direction, requirements, or commitment needed. the only rules are those of the public place we meet at(cafe/restaurant/park/etc), and either of us can leave at any point for any or no reason.
i don’t care who you are, i want to meet you. at our meeting you can be fake or genuine. you can be creative, non-conformist, and experimental, or simply moderate and interested. reach out! you don’t need any specific reason.
some ideas
- friendly conversation and relating experiences
- doing an activity with/next to someone(art, writing, homework, etc)
- debating(politics, religion, philosophy, etc)
- saying nothing and just being present with each other
- acting a character or bit for the entire duration
- experimenting with abstract interactions (sounds and expressions)
- talking about how useful or useless this conversation is
- but also any possible other item you can conjure up

why am i doing this?
i wanna get outside my comfort zone. i’ve always wanted to explore and connect with a wide range of people with a variety of expressions but i’ve mostly kept to myself and conformed to who i think others want me to be. every person can be empathized with and each large or small part of humanity holds unique value.
if we were reduced to our immeasurably different yet fundamentally human selves and put in a safe public location with no angles, what would happen? what couldn't happen!
a lot of us are scared of each other and afraid to break an unspoken rule. i wanna explore this fear and find the big invisible monster; address the elephant in the room. idk what it is, but i wanna talk about it. underneath we're all the same, let's prove it!
so i wrote and published this site to outreach to anyone interested. you can consider this a social experiment, an art piece, a free-of-charge rentable friend, or simply a blank-canvas general human interaction.
